Various examples of curved glass made in my studio, using the same basic techniques of Victorian craftsman. The later pictures show the technique of forming the glass in a kiln to a pre-shaped metal former.
Some wonderful glass effects are possible with these kilns. The ideas are endless.

I am a fused glass artist, working mainly in the rolled out sheet glass produced by Bullseye, out of Portland, Oregon. In my experience, slumping into a mold leaves a texture on the side of the glass that touches the mold, so the glass loses some of its transparency, but this seems not to be a problem for you. Is it the molds you are using? (Though I see you are using what looks to be kiln paper, which I would still expect to leave a texture.) Is it the type of glass you are working with?
Love your work!
